The statue of “Amun” made of pure gold, who is the god of sun, wind and fertility among the ancient Egyptians. It was bought by “Howard Carter” in 1917 from a farmer in Luxor for one pound, then he gave it to Lord Carnarvon on his birthday, whose family auctioned it in 1983 AD, and it was sold Selling at $83 million.

▪ The statue belongs to the Twenty-Second Dynasty, and dates back to about (712 BC – 945 BC).
